I’m honored to have been working within the rose city park neighborhood since November of 2000 providing therapeutic massage treatments. I work with Deep Tissue, Thai and Swedish modalities to sculpt the right session for you. Thank you for the opportunity to create positive change in your well-being!

Modalities Offered

• Deep Tissue – great for decreasing many types of muscle adhesions and knots, I employ direct and indirect techniques to help maintain a comfortable and therapeutic treatment.
• Thai massage – invigorating and slightly interactive, Thai massage combines acupressure and yoga style positioning and stretching; ideal for increasing joint range of motion and muscle flexibility.  It is recommended to wear non-restrictive clothing. The massage is performed on a cushioned mat with the client fully dressed. No oil or lotion is used.
• Swedish – a relaxing softer touch to help smooth out daily stressors and minor muscular ailments.
